It has been a cool summer in San Diego but summertime seems to have arrived. I love summer. My family is taking a few days off to enjoy a vacation right here at home. No travel just Beach, pool, food and long days. This shot is in our pool with a water camera.

Makes me want to float with a cold drink. I think we’re all feeling the lost summer.
We are going to a Luau tonight on the beach and a Mai Tai will be in my hand. Not my choice of drink but at a luau, c’mon, it’s a must! So the cool drink will happen. As for the lost summer, I keep hoping we will have a killer late summer in September and October. Pray for late rain for those vineyards!
How many years did it take to develop your eye for what works?
I think having great clients and showing portfolios to potential clients that tell you when it DOESN’T work helps. Brutal honesty. If you only show images to family and friends, they will be to kind. Thanks BG.
